Former England cricket captain
Ted Dexter will write his autobiography soon. Publisher Quiller has bagged a deal of the autobiography.
Andrew Johnston, Managing director, has acquired the world rights from the author. Confirming the news, Johnston said, according to The Bookseller, "I couldn’t be more delighted to publish this revealing, anecdotal autobiography by Lord Ted to coincide with his 85th birthday.
One of the joys of publishing is being able to meet and work with your childhood heroes. I feel as if I have known Ted Dexter so well from seeing him play at Lord’s when I was a young boy, so it is an enormous privilege to now bring his memoirs to publication."
Titled '85 Not Out', Ted Dexter's autobiography is expected to be out in July 2020.
