'Foodology' by Saliha Ahmed

'Foodology: A food-lover's guide to digestive health and happiness' explores the connection between gut health and gatronimic happiness. The book is written by Saliha Ahmed, a gastroenterologist, cook and food writer, and it offers a different point of view about the joy of eating. The book features 36 recipes, which Barrymore developed along with Chef Valdes. Apart from recipes, Drew also shares personal essays and stories in the book.
