“That’s a great trick for all women who find that foundations are too ashy or too pink for their skin. And it’s anti-inflammatory as well. It really is my secret beauty weapon,” admitted the 39-year-old actress recently.

The yellow-ochre powder has several benefits you can include in your beauty regime. Here are some of them:
- It helps reduce pigmentation and even out the skin tone. Try using a little turmeric mixed with lemon juice and apply this pack to the face. Wash this off after a while, for a glow.
- Turmeric is known to reduce acne. Just mix a little sandalwood powder and water in a bowl and apply this to the face.
- Here’s a great idea for a body scrub. Mix some turmeric with gram flour and water and use it to scrub all over your body before your shower.
