Tips for using mascara

Here are some useful tips on how to use mascara
1. Go for colour: Have you ever considered using coloured mascara? If you think coloured mascara is a little too daring for you, try pairing black and brown for starters. Use black from the roots of your eyelashes upto three quarters of the length and coat the tips with brown mascara. This gem of a trick makes your lashes look dense and luscious while adding length.If this sounds like too much hassle, use black on the upper lashes and brown on the lower lashes.
2. Layer mascara: There is mascara that lengthens, and then there is another for enhancing volume. Which one do you use, considering you need have both short and sparse lashes? Well, try layering with different formulas and different wands. Mix the formulas. Use full brushes for length, thinner brushes to work on the inner corners of the eye and the lower lashes and a comb wand to separate and define lashes.
3. Wiggle that wand: You might have the best brand of mascara and the best wand but the technique of mascara application is as important. Place your wand at the base/roots of your eyelashes and start moving it in a left-right direction while moving along the length of the lashes. It should look like your wiggling the mascara wand. This technique makes your lashes look longer and thicker and also prevents them from clumping.
