Ponytails can never go out of fashion. To ensure that your hair doesn’t get rough this summer, here are a few ways to pull it up stylishly

Bubble
Comb your hair, pull it all up together and secure it using a transparent elastic band. Take 1.5 section each from the pony and keep securing the sections with an elastic band. Pouf out each of these by gently pulling it with a thin comb. Doing this will give the bubble effect to the hair.

Low and sleek
Instead of combing your hair, scrounge it a bit, pull your hair behind and secure it with an elastic band. In case of flyaways, you can apply a small amount of gel so that the hair sits still. You can also take a small partition of hair from your crown and slightly roll it onto the elastic band.

To get the out-of-bed look, it is advised that you comb your hair slightly and take it behind. At the bottom end of the section, tie it using a rubber band. Let the top half section of your hair loose. In case you feel that the hair is falling onto your face, you can pin it up with the help of bobby pins.

Retro
Achieving this look can be a bit tedious, however, if you follow the points below, you can sport it with élan. This Bardot-inspired low pony can be achieved by first blow-drying your hair smooth and creating a side parting that’s in line with your left eyebrow. You can alternatively choose a right partition, but make sure that the line is in tandem with your eyebrow. Use a comb to tease the hair a bit from the crown before pulling it back, and securing it with a bobby pin.

Sky-high
This is one of the best ways to beat summer blues. You really don’t want your hair falling either on your face or getting sticky with the sweat at the nape of your neck. Make sure that you have washed your hair with a volumnising shampoo. Use a conditioner post washing your hair. This will make your mane look smooth and soft. Blow-dry your hair well and make sure that it isn’t wet at all. Next, take a thin-toothed comb and pull your hair towards the crown. Use an elastic band along with a few pins to secure your hair. Tie it tightly to prevent flyaways from your face.
