Simone Singh shares her effortless beauty regimeDaily must-doI don't have a beauty regime as such except to use a moisturising face cream as I have combination skin that can get quite dry occasionally.
Mane pointThere’s no such hair care regime I adhere to in specific. I just shampoo and condition my hair. I don’t oil my hair regularly, maybe just once a year.
My makeup kit can’t do withoutA must-have in my makeup kit is mascara.
I feel it's an instant and wonderful way to brighten and open up the eyes.
My fret as a teenager I had no skin problems as a teen. In fact, I had great, clear skin. For this, I can take no credit and I attribute it solely to my parents from whom I inherited clear skin and voluminous hair.
Naturally speakingMy favourite home made beauty remedy is a face pack of channe ka atta and fresh cream which exfoliates and moisturises dry skin. Although, the last time I used this was at least five years ago!
Quick fixA beauty tip to everyone: Stay hydrated! Good skin is dependent on many factors, some of which are external, such as exposure to environmental toxins and some are internal, such as digestive health. Drinking at least two litres of water a day helps to flush out the system of a build up of skin stressors of both kinds.
