Recently, the popular actor Karan Patel visited 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa' to wish good luck to his buddy Mohit Malik. Mohit said, "I appreciate that Karan took time off from his shooting to meet me, that was really sweet of him. I have known him for few years and he is a nice guy. We have been in the same industry for so many years. I respect the way he has grown as an actor. Karan always stands out in his performances. His show is very popular and he portrays his character naturally. Karan is one among few in the TV industry who puts so much efforts in their characters." While Karan himself had been a part of Jhalak journey, he knows what Jhalak is all about. Karan wished luck and did a vote appeal for Mohit too. Karan requested all his actor friends and fans to vote for Mohit for which the latter is really grateful. Mohit's wife, Additie Malik adds, "Karan is a good person and his support is appreciated."

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor, who is currently seen as a judge on dance reality show 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded', got a chance to walk down memory lane to talk about the 1999 film 'Taal', in which he was seen as a background dancer. Shahid was said to be "nervous" before meeting the film's actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. In 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded', Shahid is often seen speaking his mind and sharing secrets with the audience. While talking about his childhood, host Manish Paul decided to reveal a photograph of Shahid from his younger days, where he could be seen dancing with ace choreographer Shiamak Davar. While discussing about the 'Haider' actor's experiences as a backup dancer, Manish introduced an image of Shahid dancing behind Aishwarya in the song 'Kahin aag lage lag jaaye' from 'Taal'. The image showed Shahid beside Aishwarya holding her dupatta in his hand. "Shahid shared about the time when as a young boy he was a dancer for the film 'Taal'. He was nervous for the film since it meant dancing alongside Aishwarya," a source said. "When Manish showed the next image of Shahid Kapoor in costume, Shahid began to talk about childhood memories as he went down memory lane and even asked contestant Mohit Malik's choreographer Marischa who also was part of the same dance company to explain the costume for all. Marischa said that they always had to wear costumes like these while attending dance classes," the source added.

Last week Shamita Shetty dedicated her performance to her sister Shilpa. And now, it's the elder ones turn to show support. Shilpa Shetty will be seen encouraging her younger sister on 'Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Reloaded'. She will not be seen physically on the show. Through a video footage, she will be seen asking her fans to vote for her younger sister, Shamita. She will also be seen praising her sister saying that she has witnessed a new side of Shamita and is amazed to see her dedication throughout the dance show. The diva also shared that she wants her younger sister to win.

The battle to the finale of 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa' Reloaded has become intense with wild card entrants Roopal Tyagi and Neha Marda being eliminated last week. All the contestants are gearing up to give their best but there is a sad news for the fans of Anita Hassanandani. The 'Yeh Hain Mohabbatein' actress, who was doing extremely well in the dance reality show has fractured her rib and as a result had to leave the show. When contacted, the actress said, "Yes, I had to back out from the show because the injury is close to the ribs. So the doctor advised me to take precautions as dancing more can rupture my lungs. We all know Jhalak needs hardcore dancing so I had to leave 'Jhalak'. I always wanted to do 'Jhalak' so the moment the news was announced I started crying. I am disappointed that I had to leave the show." Well, we just hope Anita recovers from her injury soon.

Actors Malaika Arora Khan and Shahid Kapoor, who are currently seen as judges on dance reality show 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded', not just share a good bond, but also snacks in between shots! Earlier during the shooting of the show's Filmy Masala episode, where the contestants had to incorporate a genre based act into their performances, Shahid and Malaika were seen munching on a few snacks in between breaks together. Shahid brought an entire box of snacks, which the two judges were found sharing with each other. "Over the few weeks since Malaika has joined 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa', the two judges have become very close during shoots. They have shared munchies with each other on numerous occasions and both of them always get healthy snacks especially for the show," said a source from the show. Malaika replaced filmmaker Karan Johar as a judge on the Colors show.

Faisal Khan won the ticket of finale despite being one of the youngest dancers on the show. He will definitely be a part of the 'Jhalak Dikhla Jaa Reloaded' finale whether we wins or not. The Teen Ka Thadka theme rocked and it has been the most exciting episode of the season. The performances of Mohit and Gautam attracted the eyeballs.Their shirtless act received a special mention.

TV actress Sanaya Irani will be seen matching steps with 'Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon' star Drashti Dhami again in the celebrity dance reality show 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded'. Based on the theme titled 'Teen Ka Tadka', the contestants will be performing on the Jhalak stage with another famous face. Sanaya will be seen with her close friend Drashti, who she danced with when the latter was a contestant on the show two years back. "Teen Ka Tadka has already been an interesting theme to work with and having Drashti joining me is wonderful. It's always great to have an old friend reunite and she has been a great support. Coupled with her own prior experience on 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa', I think the performance is going to be double fun for all to see," Sanaya said in a statement.

Fans of Mohit Malik recently got a setback when they heard the news of his choreographer Marischa&#39;s injury. British "item girl" Scarlett Wilson, who recently impressed actor Salman Khan on 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa' will make her debut opposite Rajeev Khandelwal in a film set in the 1960s'. "During our conversation on 'Jhalak...' two weeks ago, he told me 'I knew you were too young then, but now is your right time',' Scarlett told IANS. Recently when Salman Khan had come on the show, he was impressed by Scarlett's dance and he had explained to the audience how he had offered a film to her a few years back, which she didn't accept as she felt she was too young. Till now Scarlett was known for her item numbers such as "Imported Kamariya" and one in "Bahubali" and several numbers down South. But she will now make her acting debut soon in a film reportedly titled "Woh Aadmi Bahut Kuchh Jaanta Hai" opposite "Aamir" star Rajeev Khandelwal. "I'm halfway through shooting a movie which I guess I'll finish after 'Jhalak...'. I'm paired opposite Rajeev Khandelwal. It's a 1960s movie and I'm playing the role of Helen. Ganesh Hegde who's a judge on 'Jhalak..', has choreographed all the songs for me in the movie. So I'm really eager to finish that film because the songs in particular are just outstanding." She is unable to do other item numbers as the hectic schedule on the reality show doesn't allow her this privilege. "I'm just concentrating on 'Jhalak..' I'm been offered some songs in between but I can't take them up because our schedule is just crazy. From the day of the shoot till next week, we are in 'Jhalak..' house rehearsing every day. So I think after it finishes, I can explore other things and see what gets offered to me. So let's see, fingers crossed, hoping something good will come up."Scarlett is one of the five contestants on the show still in contention for winning the coveted prize.

'Jhalak Dihkla Jaa Reloaded's' top contender Scarlett Wilson has everyone in awe since the beginning of the show. This week her performance took the judges, guests and the audiences on an emotional journey, brought many to tears. Karan Johar gave her a standing ovation and a bow, and special guests - Salman Khan, Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty were moved with her act. Scarlett performed on the song Tu Jo Mila from Salman's 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan', which she dedicated to her mother who is a cancer survivor. During the show, Salman mentioned that he first noticed Scarlett on the sets of 'God Tussi Great Ho' and offered her an opportunity to act in a movie. Scarlett turned it down as she was very young back then. Salman tried to convince Scarlett saying that she is now ready for Bollywood.

Ashish Chowdhry, who won 'Khatron Ke Khiladi's' latest season, recently got eliminated from 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded'. Though the actor maintains he was glad he could last through half the season, he reveals that it was because of mismatched harness coordination during his aerial act that he had to leave the show. He says, "When I was performing the aerial act, one of the guys who was supposed to pull the harness slipped and so, they missed the take off timing. The show's format is such that a participant can't ask for a second chance."The actor adds, "Ganesh (Hedge) master, who is transparent while marking the performances, also noticed the harness issue. Even Lauren (Gottlieb) went backstage and with the help of translators, fired those who handled the harness. I think it was a genuine mistake, and so, I didn't say much."
