Woman loses purse to snatcher

AMRITSAR: A thief made away with a purse of a woman, containing cash and other valuables on Wednesday.
Assistant sub inspector of police station Maqbool Pura, Kulwant Singh, informed that Karandeep Singh, a resident of Chandigarh has lodged a complaint that an unidentified person snatched his mother’s purse in the parking of a shopping mall.
He informed that the purse contained three credit cards, gold ornaments, two mobile phones and a cash amount of Rs 3000.He informed that the police have registered a case and was on the look out for the thief.
