KOZHIKODE: Kerala had earned international applause for its quick response to Covid-19 after the first case in the country was reported in the state in January and for being successful in flattening the Covid-19 curve till mid- May. But the state is now witnessing mounting Covid-19 cases and steep hike in test positivity rate (TPR) which is above the national average.
