In any company women work hard. They abuse. They illtreat. They stare at her as if they not seen any women . Apart from that there pay is less. In Indian software company they give 8000 Rs for an engineering women per month salary. Do u think they need work travelling 20kms . N coming from other state living there''s lovedones.
