When it comes to exercise, we think more is better.
We can’t be more wrong. We know it’s possible to get too little exercise, but we don’t know when we are getting too much of it.

We believe that more exercise comes with even more health benefits. And especially now that we are holed up at home, we want to achieve our long-held fitness goals-reaching the magical number on the weighing scale, fitting into our one-size-to-small jeans, achieving 25 push-ups count daily, doing a handstand, with utmost grit and determination, all in one go.
