NEW DELHI: Noida's authority CEO Lokesh M chose a different method to teach their staff for not duly attending to the people visiting the office for work.
Recently, a video of around 16 employees standing for 30 minutes at their desks is going viral. According to the report, Noida's authority CEO Lokesh M made his staff do their job while standing at their desks after keeping an elderly man waiting for a long while.
Sharing a video on X, a user said that the "swift action like this against negligence is truly admirable."
Another user said, "An elderly couple was wandering in Noida Authority to get the file passed, but the hearing was not taking place. Seeing this, the CEO sentenced all the employees to work standing for 30 minutes. If punishment is given in this manner in other offices also, then customers will not face any problem All the employees in the office are responsible for this, be it from a bank or any other department. Similar incidents keep happening everywhere and no one listens to them."
Appreciating the CEO, one of the users on X said that he is proud of Lokesh M, who is bringing positive changes in Noida. "His vision and dedication is taking Noida to new heights," he added.
