Vijay Goel takes charge

new delhi: hours after being inducted into the vajpayee ministry, vijay goel tonight took charge as minister of state in the prime minister's office. he has already met officials of his ministry after taking charge, official sources said. goel is the first minister to take up the assignment after saturday's expansion and reshuffle. a first-time minister, 46-year-old goel is the third-time member of lok sabha from delhi.
