Vardhman Group celebrates 50 years in steel business
Vardhman Special Steels Ltd celebrated 50 years of business. The event was held in Ludhiana, Punjab where distinguished guests from India and Japan were present including president of Aichi Steel Corporation Japan, Takahiro Fujioka.
The event started with a light lamping ceremony and a prayer of Sri Aurobindo. A 50-year journey Vardhman Corporate Film followed by scintillating Kathak dance performance.
Speaking at the event, Sachit Jain, vice-chairman & managing director, Vardhman Special Steels Limited said, "50 years is a very important milestone in the history of an organization and to get there, one needs the mentality of a marathon and not a 100-meter dash. We are ready for the next 50."
Meanwhile, Takahiro Fujioka congratulated the Vardhman team on completing 50 years of success in the steel business.
The Chairman of Vardhman Group, SP Oswal presented a souvenir to Fujioka. The event was brought to an end with an extraordinary folk-dance performance of Luddi by college students.
The event concluded with a live band performance and cocktails, as guests reflected on Vardhman's journey over the past five decades.
