He said India has been rolling out other vaccines for many years and has the requisite know-how.
Experts say a sustained behavioural change is required at least till there is a safe and effective vaccine. This includes wearing a mask, proper hand hygiene and physical distancing.

It was Balram Bhargava, the director-general of ICMR who had stated in his letter of July 2020 that "It is envisaged to launch the vaccine for public health use latest by 15th August 2020 after completion of all clinical trials. BBIL is working expeditiously to meet the target, however final outcome will depend on the cooperation of all clinical trial sites involved in this project,”.
And he is still working with ICMR ... after stating this.
It was another attempt by the BJP govt at the center to fool Indian citizens and distract them from the big increase in new Covid cases at that time. It is worse now.
Remember, only die-hard BJP supporters and their IT cell members believed that this vaccine would be available. and were making a big noise about it. Today, we know that it was another BJP "jumla".Read allPost comment
