Buses were off the roads since Saturday morning.
The announcement came following the marathon meeting between government represented by Aftab Ahmed and Commissioner Transport, R R Jowel with 14 member delegation of Haryana Roadways Employees Coordination Committee, at New Delhi's Haryana Bhawan on Monday morning.
According to deal broker between government and union leaders, the government will put on hold the allotment of routes to 3519 permit holders outsourced by government in the past. The government will take further step into this direction after consultation with representatives of co-ordination committee.
"Government has accepted almost all the demands. We have put the allotment of permits to private operators on the hold. Rest, we will form a committee to clear the technical hitches related to other demands put forth by coordination committee," transport minister said after meeting in New Delhi.
