'Shubho Nabo Barsho': PM Modi greets people on Bengali New Year
NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday greeted Bengalis on the occasion of
"Greetings on Poyla Boishakh.
PM Modi also tweeted a campaign video of the BJP, which is locked in a keen contest with the ruling Trinamool Congress in the West Bengal assembly elections, saying, "A New Year and a resolve for new beginnings and progress for the great land of West Bengal!"

Thanks for your greetings, PM. One request to you and your party is to consider clubbing the elections in 6th , 7th & 8th phase of West Bengal assembly elections into one phase and approach EC for its approval.
