Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad attacks Air India staffer with slippers

NEW DELHI: Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad on Thursday attacked an Air India staff with his slippers over seating issues, ANI reported.
"We have constituted a team to probe the whole incident," Air India spokesperson said, adding, "It has been learned that the scuffle broke out over the seating issue."
Meanwhile, Gaikwad has admitted hitting an Air India staff member.
"Yes,I had hit the staff. Do you expect me to hear their abuses quietly?" Gaikwad said.

"He misbehaved with me," he added.

Gaikwad was travelling from Pune to New Delhi when scuffle broke out over the sitting arrangement.
The MP claimed that his ticket was for business class but Air India provided him economy class.
