Swamy had filed a petition seeking registration of FIR on his complaints against Sonia Gandhi.
NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Monday declined to entertain three petitions filed by Janta Party President Subramanian Swamy relating to Congress President Sonia Gandhi. Swamy had filed a petition challenging the Delhi High Court's verdict seeking registration of FIR on his two complaints against Gandhi. He had also challenged the High Court judgement dismissing his plea on grant of Indian citizenship to Gandhi in 1983.
The three petitions came up for hearing before a Bench comprising Justice Y K Sabharwal, Justice C K Thakker and Justice R V Raveendran.
