The Bombay high court on Thursday dismissed a bail application of Hindu Rashtra Sena chief Dhananjay Desai who was arrested in connection with the murder of IT professional Mohsin Shaikh (28) in 2014.

MUMBAI: The Bombay high court on Thursday dismissed a bail application of Hindu Rashtra Sena chief Dhananjay Desai who was arrested in connection with the murder of IT professional Mohsin Shaikh (28) in 2014. Desai faces charges for his alleged involvement in the criminal conspiracy to incite violent protests over controversial Facebook posts that led to Shaikh's brutal murder in Pune in 2014.
