SONEPAT: Union Labour Minister Sahib Singh Verma has advised the people to respect all the religions as it was the only way to serve the humanity.
Religion, he said, teaches the people a sense of brotherhood, tolerances and sympathy towards every human being.
Laying the foundation stone of a temple at Chauhan Joshi village, here on Sunday evening, Verma said that India was a secular country and it has set an example before the world that such an experiment could succeed in such a vast country where the people of different religions live and speak different languages.
