Ravindra Jain to sing for Cong

NEW DELHI: Noted Bollywood musicianand singer Ravindra Jain, who will sing for the Congress through the cassetteson Friday created a flutter in the party headquarters when he praised PrimeMinister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and announced he would also sing for Lok SabhaSpeaker Manohar Joshi.He said he would only spread the message of''Sarva Dharma Sambhav'' and has nothing to do with party politics."Iam a patriot. I always praise protectors of the country.....I have always keptmyself away from party politics," Jain told reporters at the AICC headquarterswhen asked if he was joining the party or not.Admitting he hasworked for BJP and Vajpayee, L K Advani or even VHP, Jain said, "he had neverjoined them".Asked if he would be campaigning for the Congressparty, Jain said he would campaign for the country and "the nation is supremefor me".
