The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) maintained its stronghold in both elections, with Kundaria Mohanbhai Kalyanjibhai emerging victorious on both occasions. His victory in 2019 was particularly noteworthy, securing 758,645 votes, a testament to his resonance with the electorate and the party's enduring appeal in the constituency.
In 2014, Kundariya Mohanbhai Kalyanjibhai's victory was similarly decisive, with a significant vote count of 621,524. His Indian National Congress (INC) counterpart, Kunvarjibhai Mohanbhai Bavaliya, trailed behind, reflecting the BJP's dominance in the region.
Fast forward to 2019, Kundaria Mohanbhai Kalyanjibhai's electoral triumph continued, with a substantial victory margin of 368,407 votes. Kagathara Lalitbhai from the INC stood second with 390,238 votes, highlighting the enduring presence of both political parties in the electoral fray.
