Raja Bundela conspired to stage assault

BHOPAL: Film actor Raja Bundela was Wednesday formally named as an accused in the conspiracy behind the November 17 ‘‘stage-managed’’ assault on the actor.
A case with regard to the incident had already been registered and Bundela has been named an accused in the case, superintendent of police Arun Pratap Singh said here.
The actor was named an accused in the assault on the basis of evidence collected during investigations, he said, adding the actor would now be asked to surrender before the police.In case Bundela fails to turn up, a police team would be sent to Mumbai to arrest the actor, the official said.
