NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday held a meeting with the Bharatiya Janata Party's national spokespersons, during which he urged them to uphold the party’s core principles and ideologies in their public conduct.
The interaction, held in the morning, was part of PM Modi’s ongoing engagement with the party's organisational leaders, a practice he follows to both communicate his vision and receive feedback from key functionaries.
According to PTI sources, the Prime Minister shared insights from his extensive experience within the party organisation and his interactions with the media. He offered suggestions to the spokespersons on effective communication, emphasising the importance of remaining grounded, humble, and well-informed on relevant issues.
While the BJP did not issue an official statement on the details of the meeting, party spokesperson Sambit Patra confirmed that it was an internal gathering and declined to provide further comment.
