A Parliamentary delegation led by LS Speaker Somnath Chatterjee left today on a four-day visit to Turkey beginning from June 12.

NEW DELHI: A Parliamentary delegation led by Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterjee left today on a four-day visit to Turkey beginning from June 12.
The delegation includes Uday Pratap Singh, Jaysingrao Gaikwad Patil, Rameshwar Oraon, Sharad Anantrao Joshi and Asaduddin Owaisi.
Besides the Members of Parliament, the other members of the delegation include G C Malhotra, Secretary-General, Lok Sabha and N K Sapra, Joint Secretary, Lok Sabha Secretariat as the Secretary to the delegation.

During its visit to Turkey, the delegation will have wide ranging discussions with Turkish leaders including the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey and acting President Bulent Arinc and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
