Parliament scuffle: Delhi cops register FIR against Rahul
Delhi police filed an FIR against Congress MP and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi in connection with a scuffle that injured two MPs on the Parliament premises on Thursday.
According to police, a case was registered at Parliament Street police station under BNS Sections 115 (voluntarily causing hurt), 117 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt), 125 (act of endangering life or personal safety of others), 131 (use of criminal force), 351 (criminal intimidation), and 3(5) (common intention). A senior police officer said the case was filed against Rahul Gandhi and others.
