Union aviation minister Ram Mohan Naidu will move the 'The Protection of Interests in Aircraft Objects Bill 2025' in Rajya Sabha to provide for the protection of interests in aircraft objects. The bill aims to implement the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment, each signed at Cape Town on November 16, 2001. On Tuesday, the Finance Bill 2025, the Boilers Bill 2024, and the tenure of the Joint Parliamentary committee on One Nation One Election was extended in the Lok Sabha while the Disaster Management Amendment Bill was passed in the Rajya Sabha.

Taraprasad Bahinipati, one of two Congress MLAs who avoided suspension, stated: "We have decided to spend the night in the Well of the House and continue to demand formation of the committee. Let them throw us out by using marshals or the police. We are not scared."
The Budget Session of Parliament will resume on Wednesday with key bills such as The Banking Laws (Amendment) Bill 2024, the Protection of Interests in Aircraft Objects Bill, 2025 set to be moved in Rajya Sabha while Union Home Minister Amit Shah will move The "Tribhuvan" Sahkari University Bill, 2025 in the Lok Sabha.
