The Sarjal base was completely annihilated by the Indian air force strike. The masterminds behind the killings of four J&K police officers in March 2025 were trained here.
Silent hideout: Mehmoona Joya Camp
The Mehmoona camp was operated by Hizbul Mujahideen. It was the control center for the terrorist activities in the Kathua region of Jammu and Kashmir, located around 12-18 km away from international border.
The Lashkar headquarters
At a distance of 18-25 km from borders, the masterminds of 2008 Mumbai attacks were trained and operated out of this base of LeT, including the likes of Ajmal Kasab and David Headley.
