NCW panel to probe abuse against women
National Commission for Women chairperson Vijaya Rahatkar has constituted an inquiry committee to probe the alleged molestation and displacement of women during the recent violence in Murshidabad district in West Bengal amid protests against the amended waqf Act. The committee led by Rahatkar will be reaching Kolkata on Thursday.
