SRINAGAR: Hurriyat Conference moderates led by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Wednesday revoked the suspension of Itehad-ul-Muslimeen's leader Molvi Abbas Ansari from the group.
The decision to revoke the suspension was taken at the meeting of Hurriyat's executive council which met here on Wednesday, Shahid-ul-Islam, a close aide of Mirwaiz said.
They had suspended Abbas Ansari from the membership of the executive council after he invited the three central government interlocutors, Dileep Padgoankar, Radha Kumar and M M Ansari to his home in Nawa Kadal in old city in April 20, 2010.

Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on the very same day suspended Molvi Abbas Ansari.
Abbas was the chairman of Hurriyat Conference in 2003 and is considered to be a moderate separatist leader and president of Itehad-ul-Muslimeen.
