Madhumita case: 3 witnesses turn hostile
In a development that could put the CBI on backfoot, three key witnesses have turned hostile in the Madhumita Shukla murder case.
The three witnesses, one is Madhumita's former servant Pinku Singh, while the other two are Prabhakar Pandey and Gangesh Tripathi, both hostel mates of one of the accused, Santosh Rai, went back on their words and told the court on Monday they had never said any of the things attributed to them by the Central investigating agency.
