NEW DELHI: Khammam Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 17 Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituencies in the state of Telangana. It comprises seven Assembly segments including Khammam, Palair, Madhira, Wyra, Sathupalli, Kothagudem and Aswaraopeta.

In the 2019 elections, the Khammam parliamentary constituency witnessed a total of 1,513,809 eligible voters.Nama Nageswara Rao, representing the Telangana Rashtra Samithi, emerged victorious with a total of 567,459 votes. Meanwhile, Renuka Chowdhury, the candidate from the Indian National Congress, secured second place with 399,397 votes, trailing by 168,062 votes.
