Kamal Nath skips direct response to Article 370 issue, urges Pak to stop terrorism
NAVI MUMBAI: Chief minister of MP, Kamal Nath, did not give his direct reaction on the scrapping of Article 370, during an event in Navi Mumbai today. However, when asked about the diplomatic developments happening between Pakistan and India now, Kamal Nath said: "We have to see from where this terrorism is arising. Pakistan must also look into the terrorism issue seriously (and completely stop it)."
Media tried asking him about his reaction to the Article 370 issue, but due to the jostling in the crowd, the CM walked away after inaugurating the Madhyalok building, the state guest house of Madhya Pradesh at Vashi.
In his speech at the event, Kamal Nath said: "This government guest house must be made accessible to the common people. It should not appear that the government is rich and that the 'aam janata' is poor."
The MP chief minister also stressed that the country's youth is the future of the nation. Hence, the main challenge is to ensure the youth based development for the economic progress of the country.
Later, a Madhya Pradesh spokesperson told the mediapersons: "CM Kamal Nath ji was here to inaugurate the Madhyalok building, so the media should have mainly asked questions related to this event."
