The ministry of external affairs, in a statement, confirmed the nature of the medical aid.

The consignment contains a wide range of life-saving pharmaceutical products, including medications for cardiovascular diseases, NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), anti-inflammatory agents, antibiotics, and anesthetics.

As part of the larger effort, additional consignments of medical supplies will follow soon, bolstering the country’s ability to manage urgent health needs.

The second and third shipments of the remaining supplies are expected to be dispatched in the coming weeks.
