ICJ stays Kulbhushan Jadhav's death sentence: Who said what
PM Narendra Modi
We welcome today’s verdict in the ICJ. Truth and justice have prevailed. Congratulations to the ICJ for a verdict based on extensive study of facts. I am sure Kulbhushan Jadhav will get justice. Our Government will always work for the safety and welfare of every Indian.
Former external affairs minister Sushma Swaraj
I wholeheartedly welcome the verdict of International Court of Justice in the case of Kulbhushan Jadhav. It is a great victory for India. I thank the Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi for our initiative to take Jadhav's case before International Court of Justice. I thank Mr.Harish Salve for presenting India's case before ICJ very effectively and successfully. I hope the verdict will provide the much needed solace to the family members of Kulbhushan Jadhav.
Defence minister Rajnath Singh
The ICJ’s verdict on Kulbhushan Jadhav is big victory for India. The ICJ directing Pakistan to grant consular access to Jadhav and asking them to review the conviction and the sentence is a welcome decision. It is also a big win for the PM’s diplomatic initiative.
Congress leader P Chidambaram
ICJ delivers ‘justice’ in the true sense of that word, upholding human rights, due procedure and the rule of law. A 15:1 verdict is actually a unanimous verdict.
Minister for road transport and highways Nitin Gadkari
It's a big diplomatic win for India. I congratulate our Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, Former EAM Sushma Swaraj ji, and senior advocate Harish Salve for their tireless efforts in the matter of Kulbhudhan Jadhav. They brought this matter to the International Court and proved that he is innocent. We wish the son of Ma Bharti returns at the earliest.
Congress
We welcome the ruling by the International Court of Justice in the #KulbhushanJhadhav case. This is a big win for India & we will continue to pray for his early return.
Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal
I warmly welcome the ICJ judgment staying the execution of Kulbhushan Jadhav & granting consular access to India. Truth and justice prevails. This son of our soil must be back soon with his family.

ICJ could have released him BUT DID NOT? Wonder Why? WHAT VICTORY. Pakistan will have to give him Consular Access which they should have done. BUT I KNOW he will never be EXECUTED Because Imran will not do it.. No matter how many people were killed in Balochistan by himRead allPost comment
