CHANDIGARH: The ten-month old Bhupinder Singh Hooda led Congress ministry in Haryana was expanded here this afternoon with the induction of four ministers, including three Ministers of State. With this expansion, the total strength of the ministry has risen to 13. Governor A R Kidwai administered the oath of office and secrecy to Harmohinder Singh Chatha, who was inducted into the cabinet, and Kiran Chaudhary, Savitri Jindal and Meena Rani -- all Ministers of State.
Rani is MLA from Jundla reserve constituency in Karnal. The Chief Minister, his ministerial colleagues and senior administration officials were present.
