NEW DELHI: Himachal Pradesh chief minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu was admitted to the Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMC) on Tuesday after experiencing chest pain, according to reports.
He was admitted in the hospital for the second time in a span of three days due to worsening health conditions.
The chief minister was brought to the hospital at approximately 9 PM after the hospital administration received an alert prompting them to send an ambulance and a medical team to his official residence.
Earlier on Saturday, Sukhu had been admitted to the hospital with complaints of abdominal pain, in which he underwent an ultrasound examination and routine tests before being discharged.
