MUMBAI: Police have filed a chargesheet against Kaizad Gustad in connection with Nadia Khan case.

MUMBAI: Railway Police have filed a chargesheet against six accused in the Mumbai Central court in connection with the accidental death of up-and-coming film director Nadia Khan.
Of the six accused, noted director Kaizad Gustad and his associates Ashish Udeshi and Hedley D''Mello have been charged with ''culpable homicide not amounting to murder''.
Three others -- Worli police station sub inspector N Advatkar, Mahalaxmi Station Superintendent C G Ashokan and Government Railway Police constable Darshana Vaitee have been charged with destroying evidence and shielding offenders.

Twenty-seven-year-old Nadia was knocked down by a speeding local train near Mahalaxmi railway station on May 25 while she was shooting for Kaizad Gustad''s film "Mumbai Central".
However, Udeshi and D''Mello told police that she was hit by a car on the road.
The chargesheet was filed in Mumbai Central railway court on August 30.
Ashokan and Vaitee were on duty when the accident took place. However, they did not inform the police.
Gustad and his assistants have been charged with culpable homicide not amounting to murder which attracts ten years imprisonment if found guilty.
Initially they were booked for offence of causing death by negligence.
Advatkar is charged with conniving with them to prepare a false document relating to the accident.
