Gifts from Sita's birthplace reach Ayodhya

Over 3,000 gifts for Shri Ram from Sitaji's birthplace in Janakpur in Nepal reached Ayodhya on Saturday. More than a thousand baskets and buckets containing gifts, including silver shoes, ornaments and clothes, were handed over to Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust by Ram Roshan Das, the priest of Ramjanki temple in Janakpur region. The yatra, originating from Janakpur Dham Ramjanaki temple arrived at Karsevakpuram with a convoy of nearly three dozen vehicles.Among the participants were over 500 devotees of Ram Lalla's "in-laws".
