Former cricketer and Congress candidate Madan Lal was on Wednesday admitted to a hospital in Noida after he complained of sweating, hypertension and backache.

NEW DELHI: Former cricketer and Congress candidate Madan Lal was on Wednesday admitted to a hospital in Noida after he complained of sweating, hypertension and backache.
Madan Lal was admitted to the hospital at 7pm.
"For the last five days, Madal Lal has not been able to sleep properly. He also had a terrible back ache,

Wadahwan was seeing him at his residence. According to reports, he is stable.
Madan Lal is contesting the Lok Sabha election from the Hamirpur constituency in Himachal Pradesh, which goes to polls May 13. Madan Lal was going for a meeting in Una, Himachal Pradesh.
The 58-year old former all-rounder had played for India between 1974-87 in 31 test matches.
