Former CEC Quraishi unhappy over delay in pension revision

Dr SY Quraishi

on Sunday lashed out

State Bank of India

for not revising his pension despite several reminders.

"Despite dozens of reminders my pension hasn't been revised by

State bank of Patiala

's Shastri Bhawan branch in the national capital," he said in a tweet.
Dr Quraishi, a 1971-batch IAS from Haryana cadre, was appointed as the CEC as the successor to Navin Chawla on July 30, 2010 and retired from the post on June 10, 2012. He has also served as a Secretary in the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
