Ex-Hindu Munnani member murdered

srirangam: a former hindu munnani activist and businessman of the town was on tuesday hacked to death by an unidentified gang at his residence at keezha adayavalanchan here tuesday night, police said. the victim, k p chandrasekhar, was an active member of the hindu munnani till some time back. but he did not have any links with the munnani now. "we don't attach any communal angle to the murder," police said.initial investigation revealed that personal dispute was the reason for the murder, they said. chandrasekhar suffered severe head injuries and died on the spot.
