A sub-engineer with MP's Singrauli Municipal Corporation forged a promotion letter from the CM's office in Bhopal on Aug 21 to "promote" herself to assistant engineer.
A case was registered at Waidhan Kotwali police station after a complaint by the municipal corporation. tnn
