The issue is that B and C (another man) have had consensual sexual intercourse and A, after finding out, has sought justice. This conundrum will become easier to understand with the help of another analogy. Suppose I possess an extremely expensive bottle of cologne and someone uses a bit of it without my consent. It is bound to cause me anguish. However, it may be difficult for me to determine how much quantity was used, and what monetary value I can attribute to this lost quantity.
