A case has been registered against senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh on Thursday over his ISIS tweet on Telangana cops and Muslim youths, Times Now reported.

NEW DELHI: A case has been registered against senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh on Thursday over his ISIS tweet on Telangana cops and Muslim youths, Times Now reported.
"A case has been filed against Congress MP Digvijaya Singh at Jubilee Hills Police station under section 505 IPC A, B for his tweets that he put out against the Telangana police and government," a senior police official said.

"The complainant is Dinesh Chowdhary who is a youth leader from TRS party," he said, adding "A detailed enquiry will be carried out soon."
On May 1, Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh stroked yet another controversy claiming that the Telangana police has set up a “bogus” ISIS website to radicalise Muslim youth and encourage them to join the terrorist outfit.
