Delhi police registers FIR against AAP MLA Alka Lamba

NEW DELHI: Delhi Police on Monday filed an FIR against AAP MLA Alka Lamba on the basis of a complaint by the owner of a sweet shop from which a stone was allegedly hurled at Lamba for trespassing after CCTV footage surfaced showing her walking with a group of people towards the counter of a sweet shop and toppling a billing machine.
A CCTV footage from the shop has also been handed over to the police which shows Lamba entering the shop with two other men and throwing the cash machine over the counter and charging the manager.
A man, probably a supporter joins her after sometime and throws other items kept at the counter. The MLA leaves after this. Lamba might be called for questioning in this regard.
