Highlighting AAP’s governance failures, he alleged that the party promised free water but instead allowed the tanker mafia to flourish, forcing "40% of Delhi’s population to depend on water tankers." He also slammed AAP over women's safety, pointing to the recent assault on "AAP’s own woman MP, Swati Maliwal, inside the 'Sheeshmahal'."

CM Dhami questioned the disappearance of Rs 8,500 crore allocated for Yamuna cleaning, refuting Kejriwal’s claims that Haryana was responsible for the river’s poor condition. He further alleged that during the COVID-19 pandemic, "Kejriwal and his associates drafted the liquor scam script while sitting in 'Sheeshmahal'." He also accused Kejriwal of having an "agenda to insult Sanatan Dharma."

Criticising AAP and Congress for their selective activism, he claimed they "organise candle marches and protests over minor incidents but remain silent on Hindu massacres in Bangladesh." He further accused them of supporting the "Tukde-Tukde gang at Shaheen Bagh."

Concluding his speech, CM Dhami declared, "Winds of change are blowing in Delhi, and this time, the lotus (BJP) will bloom with an overwhelming majority."

The event saw the presence of several dignitaries, including Municipal Councilor Shri Narendra Solanki, Shri Vijayant Rana, Shri Bittu, VK Nautiyal, Shri Anand Kaushik, Shri Bajrang Singh, Shri Sanjeev Kushwaha, Shri Pradeep Sharma, Shri Narayan Datt Lakhera, Shri Mahesh Tomar, Shri Umesh Giri, Shri Devi Singh Bisht, Shri Hiramani Dhyani, Shri Santosh Gaurav, Shri Manoj Malik, and Shri Kunwar Singh Rana.
