Chhattisgarh reports 426 new Covid-19 cases, seven deaths

With 426 new Covid-19 cases and seven deaths, Chhattisgarh's total count rose to 15,471 and toll to 141 on Sunday, a health official said. Of the seven fatalities, five patients died on Sunday and another on Saturday, while the information about one death that took place on August 11 was received during the day, he said. The day also saw the discharge of 189 patients following recovery. The state has 5,095 active cases now as 10,235 people have been discharged and 141 died so far.
