Coronavirus live updates: Centre tells SC make-shift hospitals will have to be built in near future
India continues to breach the 200-mark even as the number of fresh Covid-19 cases reached a new high with 9,304 patients testing positive in last 24 hours. Besides, 254 more people have died, taking the cumulative toll beyond the 6,000-mark to 6,079. Stay here for all live updates

Rajasthan reports 68 new Covid-19 positive cases today
This took the total number of cases 9720, reported ANI. Number of active cases stand at 2692, the state health department said.

Covid-19 death toll increase to 71 in Andhra Pradesh today
Three more people died of coronavirus today in the state. Besides, 141 more people tested positive for Covid in AP, tally rises to 4112 on Thursday.

Pakistan today surpassed China after recording 4,688 new cases during the last 24 hours to take the tally to 85,246.
China with 84,160 patients has been placed at 18th position, one step lower than Pakistan, according to the data of Johns Hopkins University. The Ministry of National Health Services today said till now Pakistan has witnessed the deaths of 1,770 patients with Covid-19, including 82 in the last 24 hours. Read more

SC directs Centre to convene a meeting of UP, Delhi and Haryana and evolve a common policy and procedure for movement of commuters between the three states in the NCR region.
SC said the endeavour should be to have a common policy, common portal and one pass for inter-state travel in NCR region. SC gave one week to Centre for resolution of the problem faced by common man.
